It's the old josh bender's bike :), it has a 12 inch of travel bigfoot risse fork and also 2 coils 
Obviously the norco man, because those parts are well chosen like the fork is better and the crank also cus its 3 piece cro-mo, but both of them have crappy rims and the 250 is already ss. But the norco is more park/street than dirt jumping but even in dirt jumping the norco is better than the stp. 
That would be a verynce bike except for those rims, you should get atomlab pimp light!!!! they're tanks

No man I swear that deity suck, my REV 2 crank got 2 crack on the non-drive side and 1 on drive side near the bottom bracket, the best crank might be primo powerbite/hollowbite or any other BMx crank. when your a street/dirt/park rider you need to put BMX parts when you can!!!
